Scrolyx Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Scrolyx, a trading card price and collection app. It is currently in private testing, run by Forbes, an individual based in Scotland, United Kingdom (forbes.g.bryce@gmail.com). By using the app you agree to them.

Testing

The app is a beta. It may contain mistakes, change without notice, or be switched off. I may remove access to the beta at any time.

Prices are information, not advice

Prices, price changes, trends and "est." figures are drawn from third-party market data and are estimates. They can be wrong, out of date, or based on very few sales. Nothing in the app is financial, investment or valuation advice. Collectable markets can fall as well as rise, and you should do your own research before buying or selling anything.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no scraping, attempts to overload or break it, or attempts to access other people's data. Some features, such as card scanning, have daily limits to keep them fair and affordable for everyone.

Third-party content and links

Card names and images belong to their owners. Scrolyx is an unofficial fan tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company, eBay, PSA or any grading company. Links to eBay take you to a third-party site that I do not control.

The app includes sponsored posts from third parties, labelled as sponsored. I do not endorse the products or services in them, and any purchase is between you and that business.

Liability

The app is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or from reliance on its prices. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
